It’s been a long time since I’ve jumped in and done a 3,000 yard work out. That was my goal for today and I got it.<\/p>\n

When I arrived at the pool, I was alone. Just me and the lifeguard. But by the time I had done my first 100 yards 4 others had jumped in. Before too much longer there were 8 of us. Somehow I managed to start earlier, swim faster, and stay longer than everyone else. I think my goal had something to do with that.<\/p>\n
