Joey was working from home today, but I told him that was no excuse to skip the gym. I CCed Travis on the mail I sent him. Travis got a good laugh out of it. Needless to say, Joey didn’t show up at the gym. But Kyle did. He did shoulders while Travis and I did chest.<\/p>\n
