I was really hoping to get out and ride my bike, but it&#8217;s still a little too cold for that. Maybe tomorrow. But I did run outside today. I ran my usual 5k loop, but this time I broke down and walked&#8230; twice. The second time really sucks, because there&#8217;s no real excuse for it other than a mental breakdown. It was on a nice flat section before a slight down-hill section.
