Aji Limon, also known as the Lemon Drop, is an interesting beast. It’s way too hot for me to eat straight, but I may make some hot peach salsa with one. I’ve also heard that you can dry them and grind them into a very colorful chili powder. I don’t know how many we’ll end up with, but I’m interested to try that.
