After making a big bowl of salsa, slicing up enough tomatoes to fill 3 trays in the Ronco dehydrator, and having at least one fresh tomato as a snack… this is the pile we still had left over. Now you see why we had no choice but to fire up the oven for some extra dehydrating space.
