Watching the Brussels sprouts has been very interesting to me. The sprouts form at the base of the leaves. The leaves eventually fall off giving the sprouts more room to grow. All the while, new leaves form at the top of the plant. Our sprouts are looking like they’ll be large enough to eat in the next few weeks.
